Anyways, in this book a boy named Jim and his family move to a place called Minerva Hall. At Minerva Hall, Jim starts experiencing some unusual things, such as the fact he can hear ghosts! There are six dead children that speak to him, they want him to stop the 7th child from being killed, if the 7th child is killed then it would fulfill a prophecy, that will kill more people. Who is the seventh child? Can Jim stop fate from happening? Written by: Christine Morton-Shaw, 273 pages. Happy Reading!!!

  1. First off I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I have had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there. I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints? Thank you!

    • Always ask any questions you have, this is my first blog and I want my readers to be learning along side me. When it comes to sitting down and writing, I do have a bit of trouble, it really also depends on what you are writing about. Since I am writing about books I usually take the book out that I am reviewing, and just do my best to remember what I thought when I was reading the book. It also helps to have a structure on what you want in the reviews, in mine I have, what the book was about, what I thought of it and the information about the book (page number, author, stuff like that.) Hope that helped!
